My favorite is an alternative to baby gummies: 1 packet of plain gelitin 4 favorite flavors (1/4 of each flavor) Make the gelitin and add juice. Once it starts boiling pour in a glass bread shaped pan. And refredgerate for 2 hours once done cut into small square shapes and store in an air tight container. ***This is to be a treat and not for everyday because the juice has sugar.

Any simple baby food recipes? I'm not a cook!? My daughter is 9 1/2 months old and I have been feeding her baby food jars but it's working out quite expensive the more she is beginning to eat. I'm not a very good cook but would love to be. I've attempted a couple of things and failed and it's knocked my confidence a bit. All these recipes online are a bit advanced for me lol. Anyone got some simple ideas to help me get me started, I must have a really crap imagination, I'm feeling a bit lost. Also should I still be worrying about what she can and cannot eat, can she eat everything I can? She has 2 bottom teeth. Should I still blend everything or start indroducing different things to her plate? Should I give her fishfingers as finger food to eat without blending. Can she eat tuna even with the mercury content? Help. She can manage fingers of toast alright and chopped up pieces of fresh fruit and dried fruit. And she'd scoff a buscuit if I let her. Easy and healthy baby food recipes? I'm worried about my baby's diet. He is 7 months old and he's been on 2 meals a day since 6 months. I've never been told what to feed him, I've just guessed. He just has jarred porridge for breakfast and jarred baby food for dinner, along with his milk feeds and some rusks for snacks if he seems hungry. I've heared about mothers making their own food with different vegetables, and it sounds so much healthier (and cheaper) than these jarred foods. Has anyone got any good recipes? Baby food recipes. 9 months old and needs variety,? My son is 9 months old and loves his table food. I am looking for recipes of food that is safe for my son to eat, as well as my partner and I. I want to add some variety into his diet, other than conventional baby food jars. I am sick of paying obscene amounts on crap. Now that he is eating table food, I want to try and give him mostly what we are eating. Now, he has had homemade shepherds pie before, and loved this. He has also had Spaghetti Bog, and chicken stir fry. Do you have any recipes I could use to feed the entire family, that is cheap, and you can get most ingredients from the local supermarket. He cannot have strawberries as he is allergic. He has teeth and loves to chew his food. It doesn't need to be pureed, but if it is too chunky, it may have to be mashed. Thank you.
Slightly chunky baby food recipes? My son is 11 months old and still prefers pureed baby food. He also eats a bit of finger foods but not enough to get by on just yet. I am looking at increasing the texture of his pureed baby food however, when I buy the 8 month plus baby food jars, he picks out the chunks and spits them out. I don't think it is always the texture, but sometimes the spice as he will eat creamed corn and brown beans mushed up. He's eating 4 jars of babyfood a day so to save money I decided to make some of his food to hinder the costs. New Baby Food Recipes? Our neighbors welcomed a new baby into their family about two weeks ago. I want to make some food that the family can either put in the freezer to pull out at a later date or make for a quick/easy dinner. There are two other toddlers in the house. Mommies would you like to exchange baby food recipes? These are my latest success 1. Chicken apple soup cook I piece of chicken tenderloin with half and apple, 1 small red-skin potato, 5-6 baby carrots and one 5 inch celery stick along with a pinch of cumin powder and mace. Once cooked, throw away the celery stick puree everything else with a little butter and a dash of salt (optional). even you can enjoy it with a dash of hot sauce and crushed pepper. 2. Mango fun- puree ripe chopped up mango and cooked pear (equal parts)...simply delicioso:-) I look forward to all the delicious recipes. Thank you ladies.

Homemade puppy food recipes for a very picky baby? My Chihuahua is 4 months and refuses to eat any store bought food I give her, wet or dry. Carrot cake recipe made with jar baby food? I'm looking for a tried and true recipe for a carrot cake made with baby food jarred carrots, and crushed pineapple. Only recipes that you know and have baked please. Don't just search the internet for a recipe, I've already done that, and not many appeal to me. You use babyfood to make the cake really moist. It's just pureed carrots. You feed it to your child, and it isn't gross. The crushed pineapple is for texture. Anyway I found a recipe at cooks.com that I'm using. Thanks anyway.
