  1. you cant. its the small price we pay to give our babies natures best food
  2. It's not the breastfeeding, it's just the pregnancy that causes that. Beth www.modern-mommies.com

  4. Breastfeeding is not what changes breasts. Pregnancy does it to them.
  5. There is no secret, unless you get a boob job. Welcome to the life of having nursed a baby.
  6. It was not the breastfeeding that caused your breast to look/act this way. It is due to the skin stretching from the pregnancy. There isn't much that you can do except surgery, you could try to do some exercises that strengthens your pectorals muscle
  7. It's not breastfeeding, but pregnancy, that change your breasts. Unfortunately, i dont think there is much to be done short of breast implants, etc. Look at your changed breast shape proudly as a medal that you are now a mummy and the changes your body has gne through.....and invest in some great bras (they work wonders).
  8. my daughter is almost 3, and mine were still the same as when i stopped breast feeding at 8 months. one was bigger then the other, the seemed to be deflated, saggy even tho i am only a b-cup. i hate them, i was serious considering surgery. hate to informed you, but they will never be the same unless you do so. i on the other hand am pregnant again and i have never seen my breast look so perfect, but im sure they will go back after this baby is done with them too lol.
  9. breastfeeding doesn't cause your breasts to sag. pregnancy age, and genetics do. im sorry but you're stuck with what you've got. either way your milk comes in and stretches your breasts out so breastfeeding does not cause the sagging.
  10. I was just thinking the same question...I was rather full busted prior to pregnancy and now I feel like I have pancakes. After pregnancy, post-partum, it could happen right away with a mom who does not want to breastfeed (due to breast enlargement) or it could happen later on (like us). One of the reasons pertains to the empty milk-ducts that occur in the breast as well as potential weight loss. At times, fat can re-accumulate into the tissue that may cause slight enlargement but never to what it was before pregnancy. Some women are lucky not to have this happen the first time, but from what I read - if not the first then definitely the second baby. I also feel like this as well and not very happy about it either. We have to do what we have to for our children. I also have a 1 year old as well.
  11. secret = implants! I plan on getting them after I am done breastfeeding. It's my little selfish treat to myself that I think I deserve for carrying this baby for 9 months and breastfeeding her!
  12. Its not breastfeeding that does it techincally although it does add to it. Believe it or not- JOGGING if you work out as well is more of a factor. There is a ligament in your breast that stretches out when your breast is not fully supported. Therefore, once it is stretched out it does not go back to normal. This is why they make sports bras for jogging. Breastfeeding, that pulls on the ligament. Milk coming in, stretches out your skin. And of course good ole genetics. The only secret is to get a breast lift if you do not want implants.
  13. i think the only way is to just love your body and accept it. that way you'll be flawless! good for you for breastfeeding for 6 months. but i have to tell you one thing. it's not the breastfeeding that changes breasts, its pregnancy. so whether you breastfed or not, that's what would of happened. if you like, you should exercise, try to firm things up a bit, plus you'll just feel good in general for exercising. congratulate yourself for carrying a baby for roughly 40 weeks of your life and breastfeeding as long as you did. give yourself a well deserved pat on the back. and don't forget to love yourself!!!
