Is only one physical relation is sufficient to become a preganent?Is there any effect for the baby's health?

If we make only once physical relation...wd a gal can she becomes a pregnanent? Does she will deliver a healthy baby? or we need multi times relation for a healthy baby?

1. it only takes one sperm to get a girl pregnant, so you can get her pregnant by having sex just once
2. The times it take a couple to 'get pregnant' doesn't have any affect on; the baby, it's health or delivery. I can't figure out if you had sex just once and are concerned about a possible pregnancy..or if you're wanting to conceive a child, but don't want to try any more than necessary....umm
