- You might try the Irish Embassy or Y/A in the UK. Below is a link to Y/A in the UK
- I doubt it cause ireland passed a referendum in 2004 to stop birthright citizenship. so you're an "illegal alien" to them.
- If you want to stay you want to stay after your student visa runs out you will have to apply for a work visa like anyone else who want to come to ireland. When you graduate you should get carrer guidance people whever you are sudying to help you out becuase if you have the offer of a job before appyling for a visa its easier to get one. You dont have any right to stay just because your child was born in ireland. Your child may not be a citzne and even if it is that doesnt extend to you. Children born after 2004 arent citizens unless one parent is however the child can be given citizenship if u where legally residant in ireland for 3 years immediatley before the birth the child can be given citizenship. Astudent visa is legal residency so if you.ve been in ireland that long its would be no harm to apply for citizenship for the child.
