1. Tylenol, remove pjs, warm wet washcloth on the forehead, rock rock and more rocking to comfort. If fever is really high - Ibuprofin, call the doctor, put baby in a lukewarm bath until fever goes down. If doesn't go down in half an hour, go to the ER. My brother almost died of Meningitis, trust me, timing is everything.
