  1. You can use a food processor (boiled chicken would probably work best) or just cook it as you normally would and chop it up in small pieces. We used the latter method w/ my youngest, he has self fed since 6 months of age with no problems what-so-ever (now 12 months old).
  2. i take a chicken breast ...oven bake around 20 mins until cooked...but check to make sure and i shred it with my hands then i cut it up the oppostie way....i leave to cool and serve or i used to freeze it when emma was younger after it had cooled but now that she can eat more i cook it from fresh not frozen little tip.....you get packs of chicken breast...and you now get packs of chicken strips these are handy for making homemade as you can singley tub and freeze them and take out what is needed the night before rather than a whole a fillet and most going to waste:))
  3. bake it like you would normally, or else boil it.. Put it into a food processor, or even a blender, add a small amount of water and blend until it is the consistency you need! I would add in there some veggies or fruit with my daughter's baby food while doing this!
  4. I didn't have my glasses on and I read your question as "how do you bake children and make into baby food" !* I needz more coffee* I always boiled it, then put it into the blender. I sometimes added a few mild herbs such as summer savory or veggies.
  5. i would either boil it with a little mixed herbs, potatoes some veg or cook it in the oven with rest of the dinner and blend it if the baby is on puree food . I'd leave one portion in the fridge the put the other portions in the freezer that way if i didn't have time to cook i would always have a back and also helps you avoid cooking mini meals every day
