Best affordable private health insurance for baby?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have Medicare (for disability) which will not cover our baby once she is born. My husband is starting a new job where it will cost over $400 a month to add the baby to his insurance. We really cannot afford that, but we do not meet the income requirements for CHIP or Medicaid. Can someone recommend a good private health insurance company/plan that is affordable for just the baby? Thanks!
