Public Response to how does long term breast feeding increase heart problems for the baby?

  1. No. Long term breast feeding doesnt increase increase heart problems for the baby. Breast feeding is very good for the baby as well as the mother. Heart problems arose when we have bad eating habits/ if we dont have the sense of eating right things at right time.
  2. This is false. Breastfeeding does not increase heat problems for the baby. Some of the advantages of breastfeeding: 1) Easily digested. 2) Colostrum, the first fluid produced by the human breast and is very rich in immune factors and fosters growth of a particular species of “friendly bacteria” in the infant’s GI tract. 3) Fewer intestinal, respiratory, and ear infections. 4) Fewer allergies & food intolerances 5) Higher IQ, straighter teeth, fewer speech impediments. 6) Helps protect against diseases. 7) Reinforces mother-infant bond. Some women all over the world breastfeed for as long as seven years or more. And still there is no scientific evidence reporting breastfeeding increases heart problems for the infant.
  3. There is absolutely no way that breast feeding increases the risk of a baby developing heart disease. Breast milk is very nutritious and is naturally produced specially for babies. Who ever is trying to spread this propaganda is trying to get some baby formula to sell. Breast milk is better than baby formula and will always be better. Breast feeding helps with the mother child bonding. It helps to improve the immune system of the baby. Breast fed children tend to have higher IQ. Breast feeding helps to reduce the risk of various long term and chronic illnesses. There are much more benefits that both mother and child gets from breast feeding. I have known of a few mothers who breast feed their children for over three years and these children, now adults, are very healthy.
  4. Breast feeding is as natural as fresh air,i am not aware that long term breast feeding can be construed as causing Heart problems in babies! But for a correct analysis i suggest consulting a pediatrician! Good Luck! I don't know what you mean by long term,as most babies are weaned by 6 or no longer than 8 months!
