What do your boobs and nipples look like after breast feeding?

Is the effect on them different if you pump breast milk rather than actually breast feed? What are the differences between pumping and breast feeding (other than in regards to the baby)? Do you burn as much calories?

1. My breasts look like I have given my babies a wonderful start at life. I earned every stretch mark I have. Honestly, they are wonderful. My husband loves them, and mine are way bigger than before I started having kids. They are a little saggy, but that's from no longer nursing, and they don't get full anymore. Since I have large breasts anyways, I can't be certain that it was the nursing that made them fall some. Pregnancy is what changed them for me, not the breastfeeding, aside from them being more sensitive now. I couldn't pump well at all, so I have limited knowledge about that. What I do know is that baby will always be able to get more than a pump and many women have troubles pumping only and eventually dry up. (Many, not all)
2. They look pretty much like before, but softer and a little droopy. You can't tell the difference with a bra on. My husband assures me they're still sexy. Pumping and nursing will produce the same results in terms of breast changes. Pumping is much harder than letting your baby do the work, and a pain in the butt in every way. Since you don't extract as much milk with a pump as your baby does, your breasts will think you need less and you run the risk of not being able to make enough.
