How can I make my baby sleep at regular time at night?
My baby boy is 8 months old. He is not sleeping early at night, he's always awake and playing. He starts to sleep by 4 or 5 am. How can I make him sleep at night?

- change his nap times first so he'll be tired earlier. slowly put him to bed earlier and earlier until hes asleep when you want him to be. At 8 months he should be going down at atleast 8 pm. 4-5 is crazy and not healthy for you or him.
- If he goes to bed at 5 then only let him sleep a short while, wake him up and play with him so by that night he will be tired and want to go to bed at a normal time then he will get on a routine about it.
- Well, in my experience of only having one kid who started sleeping through the night at 3 months, the one thing that i made sure of was that i kept my baby on a schedule. usually at night we'd give him a bottle, then bath, then another bottle where he'd usually fall asleep.
- The best thing you can do is have a routine for him. Have him in bed at the same time everynight, whether he's tired or not. Create a nightly bedtime routine. Things like bath, storytime, singing, rocking, whatever. Also, you could maybe give him a little bigger bottle at night, and lessen his naptimes.
- Hey, I understand your frustration. I used to have the same problem as you. Sometimes my child won't sleep the whole day and would cry on and on! This website will help you: http://doiop.com/BabySleepSolution I downloaded the audio tutorial teaching me how to have my toddler and baby sleep well. It worked! My child slept like a log all the way and I don't even need to worry about him anymore! I really recommend you to get it! It was featured in parenting magazines too!
