What is the best food types to give your 9 month baby?

I have been giving my baby baby food and cereal up to this point and hes ready to eat people food! Does anyone have any ideas for quick easy foods to give them and how to prepare it?

1. You can kind of give her most of the stuff you eat, but just mash it up a bit, and give her tiny pieces to be safe....you can find baby food recipes online, just use Google. =)
