How long does an unborn baby sleep during the day...?
I'm 26 weeks and notice my baby girl's 'slight' movement as I wake in the morning, like really small twitches, and during the day i'll be lucky to feel her move, at night when i'm ready to hit the hay at about 10.30-11.00 she moves like crazy. So how many hours sleep do unborn babies get?

- ive read that unborn babies sleep 90% of the time
- im 30 weeks and my son sleeps about half the day and is up all night and the rest of the day they kinda go by your pattern how much you rest and stuff but there really aint no tellin how they stay asleep or stay awake i think mine has adhd lol
- During the day when you are moving around the movement usually soothes them to sleep. At night when you are still they are more active because they aren't been soothed to sleep. They usually follow the same sleep pattern when they are born.
- I've heard they sleep about 20-22 hours but that they still move and kick during their sleep. I'm in my 28th week and there are days when baby is more active than others.
- im 36 tomorrow and still don't feel her all day she might move for a bit after breakfast, lunch and then dinner... then some nights she will move for a while arund 11pm hehe it really does depend on the day.. some days she will move heaps, then other days ill worry because she is hardly doing much at all.. i think 90% of the time they are asleep, so you won't feel her all day long.. btw at 26 weeks as long as you do feel some movememt i wouldn't be worried... don't do kick counts for another fortnight.. youll end up stressing over nothing
