Has this happened to you after breast feeding your baby, My baby is now 16 months old?

I breast fed my baby for close to six months, my baby is now 14 months and is off the breast and bottle. I can't explain why I am feeling soreness on my nipples as though I was still breast feeding. Can't this be a reaction of the body being that I use to breast feed. By the way I have asked this question for someone else.

1. Could be alot of things. Could be that you haven't dried up completely, could be that you're pregnant, could be that you're about to have your period. But no it's never happened to me personally.
2. my daughter now is 8months old and i stopped breastfeeding her since she was 2months..but i do feel the same way you are cuz i'm pregnant again :^) with my 2nd baby...i don't know it could be that you maybe prego again..or just talked to your doctor about it..
