whats the best, easiest way to apply for baby health insurance?

i live in PA, and ive heard of thr CHIP program, but whats the best way to apply to get approval, by email, phone or mail? i dont wanna get turned down cuz i missed something. thanx!

1. I would definitely call. You can get all the information and ask questions as they arise. If you fax or e-mail you'll have to keep e-mailing or faxing if you have more questions.
2. I would go there myself and apply in person if i were you! You can do it any way but at least you will be there in person and maybe know that day if you qualify! Good luck!!
3. I live in PA also. Go online and print the forms.
