How does real care baby 2 work?

Okay.. someone told me it starts on the schedule of a newborn.. and it progresses to that of a baby of a few months. Is this true? Because yesterday was the first day i got it and it was very finicky, fed burped diapered n rocked every hour.. now its being quiet.. will its care get a little easier? I appreciate all answers. Thanks in advance :)
