please help with baby duck health problems?

I recently found a baby duck about three weeks ago. Hes still small and his feathers are barely growing in. But today he seems rather warmer than before. I think he has a fever. Is there any way to bring his fever down? Anything please help i don't know what to do.

1. put him in iced water for 4-5 minutes put in a sink or baby pool with cold water
2. Birds have a much higher body temperature than people so it can feel like they have a temperature but they usually dont. I run a rehab centre and get loads of ducks in, they all feel as if they are burning up, its normal... Good luck with him :D
