What are the side effectst of breast feeding to a womans breasts?

I have heard that breast feeding will cause your nipples to become hard and will cause your boobs to become saggy. Are these side effects permanent? And are there any other side effects?

1. well....yes..but thats going to happen no matter what. breastfeeding is realy good..i strongly reccomend it.
2. Your boobs will sag after having a baby no matter what lol Breast feeding doesn't make it worse. Your nipples will enlarge and become darker but once again, that's just caused by pregnancy in general. I highly recommend any pregnant woman to breast feed, it's healthier for you and the baby! =)
3. Clinical studies have proven that breast feeding does not affect the sag rate in your breasts at all. Time and gravity are the main causes and wearing a bra can increase sag rate as it removes the breasts natural exercise from movement. The nipples grow during pregnancy, nothing you can do about that. The breasts will grow in size depending on hpw big they are now. If your breasts are quite small then you can expect a 2 cup size increase. They will also get firmer as the glands swell and change the fat ratio. Breastfeeding has also been proven to prevent breast cancer and takes the baby fat from the mother. Not to mention all the other health benefits to baby and the emotional benefits. Oxytocin is released everytime you breast feed. If you breast feed for 2 years or more you child will practically never get sick (or you) you will experience a mild euphoria when you feed and you will get down to your prebirth weight without any exercise. Good good good system!
