Where can I buy a baby doll like the ones used in health classes?

I'm going to be working on my senior thesis this year on teen pregnancy. I want to make a film of myself taking care of one of the baby simulators they use in health classes. Does anyone know where I can buy one and if it's possible to buy just one?
