How do I start my own baby food business?

I live in Ohio, I'm a SAHM, and I'm very interested in making and selling homemade baby food. I have made baby food for both of my boys and I thoroughly enjoy it. I would like to know what I need to get started on selling my creations. Are there specific laws or licenses needed? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! :-)

2. yes. there are many red tape legal hurdles. you might want to consult a lawyer, but common sense would imply that there are federal and state inspection and certification requirements if you're making something like baby food. it's not like selling a cake at a bake sale.
