What happens to your breasts after breast feeding?
What are the effects of breast feeding on the breasts? I heard they shrink sometimes, can become saggy or otherwise. I'm breast feeding my children regardless, and I know this isn't the case 100% of the time, but can that happen for some women?

- Um ... .
- The latest medical research says that breastfeeding does not increase sag rates. Sagging is caused by gravity and poor health or lack of exercise. The Coopers ligaments that hold them up need to be exercised like anything else. After weaning they will shrink as the glands that produce milk are not needed. Use them or lose them! You can keep them bigger by nipple stimulation. Makes them think they are still needed.
